Indicator	Projected Population
Definition	The 2020 Census Based Population Projections adopted the Cohort-Component Method which considers the three demographic processes of fertility, mortality, and migration to derive population change.
Method of Computation / Estimation Procedure	The population counts based on the 2020 Census of Population and Housing was used base population adjusted to 01 July 2020 using the age-specific fertility rates, age-specific death rates, and net number of international migrants in 2020. The resulting midyear population by age and sex served as the base population.
